AGOURA HILLS, Calif. – June 30, 2009 – Calling all squads!!! Novalogic® is pleased to partner with Orb Security in announcing the 1st Annual Novalogic Squad Challenge featuring Delta Force®: Xtreme™ 2 (DFX2). This squad-based tournament will test their teamwork, strategy, and reflexes as they battle for superiority in DFX2.
Prizes will be awarded for the following top teams:
$50 USD Cash award to each player from the First Place team (limited to 8 players)
$25 USD Cash Award to each player of the Second Place team (limited to 8 players)
One (1) MVP Award - a new GTX 285 EVGA Video Card ( Value $400 )
“Retro” Novalogic T-Shirts (limited to 8 players)
A classic “maps” voted by the NovaWorld™ community and “unreleased” DFX2 maps will be unveiled during this tournament.
Practice for the 1st Annual Novalogic Squad Challenge begins on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 with the tournament commencing on Wednesday, July 22, 2009.
Only 1st 32 teams to sign up will get the chance for the prizes and the glory of becoming the 1st champion of the Novalogic Squad Challenge. So bring squad together and sign up now!

After speaking with Novalogic, we identified an issue that was hindering peoples ability to connect to the Black Hawk Down lobby. Nova has fixed the issue and all that is required of the end user is to delete their cache directory.
Instructions:
• Goto your Novalogic Black Hawk Down cache directory (ie: c:\Program Files\Novalogic\Delta Force Black Hawk Down\Cache)
• Delete all the files in that directory.

Please undo the following changes as the Novalogic lobby has moved again.

While working with Novalogic we have determined that there was an issue with a rogue DNS server somewhere on the internet.
Here is the workaround to allow you to connect to the Nova lobby without issues:
• Edit the file called hosts in the C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc directory
(use notepad)
• Add the following line:
64.69.47.141 gs.novaworld.net
• Save the file
